Albania is still going strong. Allied bombings are fierce but the defenders are well dug in and protected by both forest and weather. In the end the British assault is postponed due to bad weather and the bombers which should have provided ground support are instead sent to Bratislava and Vienna where they wreck havoc among the unprotected factories.
On a side note, Kiel is once again port striked (It is not so fun to be a harbour worker in Kiel these days) but once again, with no effect. The German fleet with some convoys takes the opportunity to sail to the Baltic with some convoys instead and for the first time in ages, Swedish ore reach the German factories. The Russian fleet which hunts in the same waters fails to find anything.
