end. US entry: Chinese build aircraft Meanwhile, as the weather finally clears up, the German army goes east as fast as humanly possible. There is a slight delay as the weather once more turns bad, but the German commander doesn't seem too unhappy with this, as it means that the Swamps once more are passable terrain.
The bad weather however is only there for a short moment, and soon the sun shines again and Germany can grab Dnepropetrovsk in the south and Gomel in the center. In the North, Finnish troops move into Russia as well.
In Asia, Japan fails miserably in an attack against the Chinese Communists, and Yamamoto is under suspicion for his involvement in this. Further north, Japanese troops engage the Russians in a maneuver war as Stalin sends all troops available towards his western front, leaving large holes in his front lines in Siberia.
Japan makes an assault on the resource fields east of Vladivostok. The attack proves costly, with damages made on two Japanese CVs and half the marine invasion force being killed on the beaches, but the beachhead is secured and the invaders begin moving towards the city.
CW invades and conquers Sardinia without Italy being able to do much about it.
As the end of the turn the weather turns horribly bad once more, forcing German troops to
walk slower in Ukraine, but allowing some easy grabbing of swamp areas further north.
