The Giant awakens

The turn begins with a US declaration of war on Japan, and the war is finally a World War.
The US fleet moves a task force into China Sea, transporting american infantry into Hong Kong. The IJN responds with mustering all available CVs and NAVs and moves out to contest. The forces spot eachother, with surprise advantage to the US task force. However, the American pilots seems
to have partied too much. All Japanese bombers pass through. The battle ends with two American CVs damaged and the task force quickly returns home to Pearl.

Later, US sends another task force, this time to Japanese Sea, where all japanese convoys are dealt with in a harsh way.
In Siberia, Japanese troops surround the final Russian defenses and annihilates all defenders.

In Western Europe, nothing happens. French, German, Italian and British troops move around a little, and CW moves an invasion force into the Med.
German raiders try to attack the russian convoy chain north of Murmansk, but British CV based torpedo planes intercept and forces the raiders back to port with heavy damages.

In Russia, German and Russian forces engage in a maneuver war, trying to get good positions. Some lone German corps are easily killed by the highly motivated Russian troops, but no real ground is made on either side.
