Another winter. And the area around Moscow sees another two full months of blizzard, blizzard, blizzard.

Allies makes use of the reroll to reinforce the bridge head in Sicily, making it more or less impossible for Axis to retake the island. German response to this is to move the troops out of Italy and back to the Eastern Front again.
